About the project
“Your Advisor” is a counselling project delivered under the Regranting call for Counselling Organisations. Its goal was to provide young people with real access to legal and career support and a structured pathway for contacting advisors.
We worked in a model combining group advice sessions at the association’s premises with individual consultations online and by phone. This allowed us to respond to different participants’ needs and reduce barriers to accessing help.
Process
We began the project by preparing the organisational groundwork: hiring a coordinator, signing agreements with volunteers, launching application forms, and creating a project subpage on the association’s website.
In parallel, we carried out promotional activities. We published a series of informational and promotional posts on social media, launched a sponsored post, and communicated the dates of group consultations. In addition, volunteers conducted outreach in two schools in Rybnik, handing out leaflets and encouraging young people to use the advice services.
During the implementation phase, we delivered group advice sessions and individual legal and career consultations. After the activities ended, we summarised the results and participant satisfaction based on attendance lists, advice records, and qualitative surveys.

Impact
What changed thanks to the project
The project’s key indicators were achieved or maintained at the intended quality level. Legal and career advice was used by 53 people against a target of 60, and satisfaction with participation was confirmed by 42 participants, in line with the set minimum.
We delivered all organisational outputs: a dedicated project page was created, an information campaign was carried out, and the volunteer team was built as planned (2/2). Promotional and delivery activities also involved 3 team members in addition to the volunteers.
The project showed that counselling delivered in a flexible model (in-person, online, and by phone) responds well to the needs of young audiences. The reach of the promotional activities (8,888) further increased access to information about the support available.
