The project’s key results were defined in two stages: an intermediate level for 2024 and a target level for 2025. The target values assume support for 3 organisations, 200 people in person, and 400 people online in an asynchronous model.

In communication and education, the plan includes releasing 30 asynchronous publications and engaging 6 volunteers to support implementation. A key infrastructure result is also the creation and maintenance of an online platform for asynchronous counselling.

The long-term effect is intended to be greater availability of free counselling, better alignment of support formats with the needs of different social groups, and lasting strengthening of the organisation’s capacity in the area of counselling services.
