The project implementation covered the purchase of real estate, legal and administrative preparation, space equipment, and adaptation for day-to-day program delivery. It also included visual identity rollout and communication activities aimed at building recognition of the new center. In parallel, the team launched first substantive activities: artistic rehearsals, workshops, and meetings with youth and local partners.

The center was designed as an open, multi-purpose space for residents, young creators, volunteers, and civic groups. A key component was creating foundations for cross-sector cooperation, including with the Youth City Council, workshop facilitators, and local stakeholders supporting social initiatives.
