The project begins with a Story Council and an invitation for residents to co-create the narrative. During memory labs, participants will learn interviewing, working with photographs and documents, and mapping places important to the local community.

The team will record twelve oral-history interviews and prepare them in accessible formats. The materials will be published on a free microsite with a Familoks Map, recordings, transcripts and a 360° walk. A mobile exhibition and final event will connect the digital archive with an in-person community gathering.
